The RMS Creator Portal is operated by RMS Global Publishing for creator submissions, paid review services, metadata preparation, rights and clearance review, catalog-readiness assessment, creator communication, and related business administration.
Use of the Portal
By using this portal, you agree to provide accurate, current, and authorized information. You may not submit false ownership claims, unauthorized works, misleading metadata, infringing content, or materials you do not have the right to submit for review.
Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for all submitted recordings, compositions, lyrics, samples, beats, stems, artwork, metadata, writer splits, publisher information, contact details, payment information, and delivery links. RMS may request additional documentation before any work is considered for catalog, publishing, or licensing activity.
No Guarantee of Acceptance or Placement
Submission, payment, review, communication, or delivery of materials does not guarantee acceptance, representation, publishing administration, catalog inclusion, sync pitching, licensing approval, playlisting, placement, revenue, or any third-party opportunity.
Paid Review Services
Paid services are review, preparation, administrative, or catalog-readiness services only. Paid review does not guarantee approval, placement, licensing, representation, publishing acceptance, revenue, or commercial outcome.
Rights, Clearance, and Metadata
RMS may review ownership clarity, publishing control, master rights, contributor information, samples, interpolations, AI-use disclosures, clean versions, instrumentals, stems, lyrics, artwork, and metadata. RMS may decline, pause, or request revisions for any submission that presents rights, clearance, quality, documentation, or metadata issues.
Creator Action Requests
RMS may request additional information or materials from creators, including ownership confirmation, publishing split confirmation, clean versions, instrumentals, stems, metadata cleanup, sample or interpolation details, AI-use disclosure, or other supporting documentation.
Internal Review and Final Decisions
RMS may create private internal notes, review scorecards, catalog readiness records, action tracking, and final decision records. RMS may approve, reject, hold, archive, or request revisions at its discretion based on business needs, rights clarity, metadata quality, catalog fit, commercial readiness, and licensing standards.
Third-Party Services
This portal may use third-party services for hosting, database management, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, and workflow support. Use of the portal may also be subject to the terms of those providers where applicable.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this portal to submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized materials. RMS may remove, restrict, archive, or decline any submission or account activity that creates legal, operational, catalog, payment, or rights-related risk.

By using the RMS Creator Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge that RMS Global Publishing may review, process, and manage your submission according to its internal review, rights verification, metadata, catalog-readiness, and business administration workflows.
