Privacy & Data Use
RMS Global Publishing uses this portal to collect, review, and manage creator submissions for music intake, rights review, metadata preparation, catalog-readiness assessment, paid review services, communication, and business administration.
Information We Collect
Information submitted through this portal may include your name, email address, artist or project name, work title, submission type, payment or order reference, music links, delivery links, metadata, ownership details, publishing information, rights notes, review responses, and other materials you choose to provide.
How RMS Uses Submission Information
RMS may use submitted information to review creator materials, evaluate rights and clearance status, assess metadata completeness, prepare internal review notes, communicate next steps, generate creator-facing status updates, and determine whether a submission may be suitable for future catalog, sync-readiness, or licensing consideration.
Music Links, Rights, and Metadata
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all submitted links, recordings, compositions, lyrics, samples, artwork, splits, and related materials are accurate and authorized for review. RMS may request additional documentation before considering any work for catalog or licensing readiness.
Admin Notes and Review Records
RMS may create private internal admin notes, review scorecards, clearance notes, action requests, and final decision records. Public review notes may be visible to creators through the tracking system, while internal RMS notes remain private to RMS administration.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe or other approved payment providers. RMS does not store full card numbers on this portal. Payment records may be used to confirm orders, paid review access, service status, refunds, disputes, and accounting records.
Third-Party Tools
This portal may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers including hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, security, and workflow tools. These providers may process limited information as needed to operate the portal and support RMS business functions.
Privacy Assessment and Data Safeguards
RMS is committed to protecting creator information, private submission records, music links, metadata, payment references, and internal review notes. RMS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to support safe data handling, secure payment processing, responsible review workflows, and controlled admin access.
Privacy Rights and Requests
Creators may contact RMS to request access, correction, deletion, or review of personal information connected to a submission, subject to legal, accounting, rights-verification, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
Global Privacy Signals
RMS does not sell creator submission data. Where legally required and technically supported, RMS will respect recognized privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for applicable opt-out rights.
Designated Personal Data Categories
RMS may process general business data such as contact information, account or submission identifiers, payment references, communication records, music metadata, rights information, review notes, and creator delivery links. Sensitive or restricted information should only be submitted when specifically requested for rights, payment, clearance, or legal review.
Legal and Contractual Uses
RMS may use information to meet legal obligations, respond to creator requests, fulfill paid or requested services, protect catalog integrity, verify rights information, support internal business administration, and improve portal operations, review workflows, and creator support.
No Guarantee of Acceptance or Placement
Submitting information, music, metadata, payment, or review materials does not guarantee acceptance, representation, publishing administration, catalog inclusion, sync pitching, licensing opportunities, placement, revenue, or any business relationship with RMS Global Publishing.
Data Retention
RMS may retain submission records, status history, payment references, review notes, reports, and related communications for business, operational, legal, accounting, catalog, and rights-verification purposes.
